ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 3, 2011

7:15P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B.

                        Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board reviewed and then signed two requests for special State authority

      under M.G.L. Chapter 58 Section 8 to abate the unpaid taxes for Fiscal Year

      2009 and 2010 for Parcel #’s 70-162 and 24-98 which are now owned by the

      Town.

2.   The Board granted a Fiscal Year 2011 Community Preservation Act

      Exemption for the owners of Parcel # 29-3-1.

3.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2011 personal

      exemptions for the owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel #  70-65            Clause 17D      Granted

            Parcel #103-22            Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel #    3-5              Clause 22E       Granted

            Parcel #  43-13            Clause 22         Granted

            Parcel #    3-25            Clause 22         Granted

4.   The Board discussed the possibility of obtaining appraisals for some pending

      commercial ATB cases.

5.   The Board voted to replace a piece of necessary furniture.

6.   The Board will hold their next Board meeting at 7:15P.M on Thursday

      February 17, 2011.
